These Terms govern your use of the CarPulse platform at carpulse.tech, operated by Alkhal Co AB (org. nr 559416-4146), Skyttbrinksvägen 42, 147 39 Stockholm, Sweden ("CarPulse", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
CarPulse is a software platform for GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management. GPS trackers, cameras and SIM cards may be sold or recommended separately. Tracking depends on third‑party cellular and satellite networks and is provided on a best‑effort basis — we do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage or the accuracy of any location, and the service must not be relied upon for emergency, safety‑critical, or life‑saving purposes.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You may only use CarPulse to track vehicles and assets you own or are authorised to track. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including privacy, labour and consent requirements — for example, informing drivers or employees that a vehicle is tracked where the law requires it. You must not use CarPulse to unlawfully surveil, stalk, or track any person without a lawful basis. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Any trackers, cameras or SIM cards are subject to their manufacturer's specifications and warranties. We are not responsible for hardware failure, loss of cellular service, or third‑party network outages.
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed as described at sign‑up. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Non‑payment may result in suspension. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights under Swedish and EU consumer law, including, where applicable, a 14‑day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) for distance contracts — nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Your use of CarPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where you track others' vehicles or drivers, you are the data controller and we act as your processor; a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error‑free or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or vehicles/assets, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
You may stop using CarPulse and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in‑app or by email.
